My Compliance Consultant is a specialist FCA compliance consultancy, helping lenders, brokers and financial service providers attain and maintain compliance while carrying out regulated activities. The aim is to reduce risk and put effective systems and processes in place that genuinely support each business, from reporting and auditing through to training for individuals and teams. Founded by Compliance Director Shaun Gill in February 2020, the firm draws on over eight years of experience in the consumer credit sector, including a spell as Group Compliance Manager for one of the UK's largest holiday park operators, overseeing compliance across multiple sites — several of which held their own consumer credit licences.
