How SupplyParks collects, uses and stores personal data for its UK park industry supplier directory.

SupplyParks operates supplyparks.co.uk, a directory of suppliers to the UK park and leisure home industry. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. To reach us about anything on this page, email justin@supplyparks.co.uk.
We use listing enquiries to assess and set up directory listings and to contact you about your listing. We use published listing information to run the directory. We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
The "request a quote" button on a supplier profile opens an email in your own mail application, addressed to that supplier. The message goes directly to them. We do not receive or store a copy.
We process listing enquiries and listing information on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a trade directory, and on the basis of the agreement with a listed supplier. We process technical data on the basis of legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and working.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs on our behalf. We may use email and analytics providers to communicate with suppliers and understand how the site is used. We keep listing information for as long as the listing is live, and enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to manage the relationship.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email justin@supplyparks.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where we use analytics, it is configured to record aggregate usage rather than identify individuals.
