Website terms for everyone using the SupplyParks directory, and membership terms for listed suppliers.

This page has two parts. Part A applies to everyone who uses supplyparks.co.uk. Part B applies to businesses that are members of SupplyParks and listed in the directory.
By using supplyparks.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
SupplyParks lists businesses that supply the UK park and leisure home industry. A listing means the business has asked to appear here and we have accepted it. It is not a recommendation, a warranty of quality, and not an endorsement of any product, price or claim.
Any contract you enter into with a listed supplier is between you and that supplier. We are not a party to it and take no commission on it. Satisfy yourself about a supplier's insurance, accreditations, references and terms before you engage them.
Listing content is supplied by the businesses themselves. We take reasonable care over what appears, but we do not verify every claim and we cannot guarantee that a listing is complete or current. If you spot something wrong, email justin@supplyparks.co.uk and we will look at it.
The design, text and structure of this site belong to SupplyParks. Supplier names, logos and trade marks belong to the businesses concerned. You may link to pages on this site. You may not copy the directory as a whole or scrape it to build a competing listing.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings with a listed supplier. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Supplier profiles link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
By applying for or becoming a member of SupplyParks, you accept these Membership terms and the Website terms in Part A. In Part B, "SupplyParks" includes any committee it appoints.
SupplyParks exists to uphold high industry standards and to provide suppliers with representation in matters affecting the park industry.
Membership promotes transparency, trust and good practice and gives suppliers a constructive, collective voice within the sector.
2.1 Membership is open to UK businesses supplying goods or services to holiday or residential parks.
2.2 Applicants must be legitimate trading entities compliant with UK law.

2.4 SupplyParks may refuse or withdraw membership at its discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.
3.1 Membership fee: £120 per 12-month period.
3.2 Membership runs for 12 months from the date your listing is approved. We will contact you before it ends. If the renewal fee is not paid, your listing will be removed.
3.3 Fees are reviewed annually.
3.4 Any increase will be notified no less than 3 months before renewal.
3.5 Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

SupplyParks may request evidence of compliance at any time.
5.1 Any party may submit a complaint regarding a member.
5.2 Complaints will be considered by SupplyParks.
5.3 A member receiving two or more substantiated complaints may be removed from the website and have membership cancelled.
5.4 Where membership is cancelled under this clause no refund will be payable.
Membership will be terminated immediately without refund where a member:
7.1 Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content supplied, including any accreditation or compliance claim.
7.2 Members confirm they have the right to use any logo or image they supply, and will tell us when their details change.
7.3 SupplyParks does not verify member statements and accepts no liability for inaccuracies.
7.4 SupplyParks may edit a listing for length, clarity or house style, and may amend or remove any content at its discretion.
8.1 SupplyParks is a directory and networking platform only.
8.2 Any contract is made directly between supplier and park or customer.
8.3 SupplyParks accepts no responsibility for:

9.2 Once a user leaves the SupplyParks site we have no control over external content or security.
9.3 Use of external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SupplyParks, its committee and representatives from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
Use of the SupplyParks name or logo is permitted only while membership is active and must cease immediately upon termination.
Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Members must have authority to share any data provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All decisions of SupplyParks regarding membership or complaints are final.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the most recent revision. Where a change affects fees, clause 3.4 applies.
