Ground screw foundations are around 70% faster to install than traditional concrete, using an electric driver or hydraulic machine, and can be extended to any depth on peaty or soft clay ground. Avoiding concrete also helps reduce carbon emissions, since cement production is estimated to account for around 10% of global CO2 emissions.
