Britmet Lightweight Roofing
About
Britmet has been used for a variety of roofs for the leisure industry for over 40 years, ranging from park homes, stables, lodges and pod manufacturers to swimming pools, restaurants and theme parks. The lightweight roofing system has won a number of accreditations and certificates, and is tested to stand the worst weather conditions.
The products are fast and simple to install, lightweight enough to suit all park homes, fire rated, and finished with traditional tile appearances across a wide range of British tile and slate profiles. Britmet roofing systems are a seventh of the weight of traditional roofing materials, so less structure is needed to support them. Colours include Rustic Terracotta, Titanium Grey, Tartan Green, Moss Green, Rustic Brown and Bramble Brown, and the systems suit low pitch roofs down to 10° for the panel range and 5° for the Pantile 2000 eave to ridge range.
The system is made from the highest grade of Aluzinc steel with a British Board of Agrément approved coating system, pressed into British profiles. An extensive range of accessories and a bespoke flashing service suit any roofing installation, and estimates and drawing take-offs can be turned around in minutes through the technical call line.
